摘　　要：季节性哮喘是一种特殊类型的哮喘,具有季节性、地域性等特点,其发病与接触过敏原、气候变化、环境状况、地域等有关。笔者认为,肾、肺、脾三脏虚损是其发病内因;宿根内伏于肺,遇感引发是其发病特点;治疗应注重培补正气,从本调治,根据体质和脏气的不同虚候,采取益肾、补肺、健脾之法,发作时再配合清肺化痰、疏风解痉、行气平喘之法,以冀控制其发作。The seasonal asthma is a special type of asthma, with seasonal and regional characteristics, and its pathogenesis is relate to contact allergens, climate change, environmental conditions, regional and so on. We think kidney, lung and spleen deficiency is the internal cause; long-term evil in the lung and onset by attacking are the disease characteristics. The treatment should pay attention to supplement the vital- Qi. According to the constitution and different deficiency syndromes of Zang-Qi, methods of invigorating kidney, nourishing lung and strengthening spleen can be used and in the attack period, methods of clearing lung and resolving phlegm, dispelling wind and relieving spares, and promoting Qi movement and relieving laanting should be added to control its attack.
