摘　　要：真武汤出自《伤寒论》,是为治少阴阳虚水泛而设的一首名方,其温肾阳、利水气的功用,在临床应用中也每获良效。但真武汤其功用不仅如此,今以《伤寒论》原文为依据,对真武汤的证治予以粗浅的认识。Zhenwu Decoction, from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, is the treatment for water retention due to yang deficiency. The function of warming kidney and water has a good effect in the clinical application. However, it has other functions. This article provided a superficial understanding of the syndrome and treatment of Zhenwu Decoction based on original text in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
