摘　　要：肝藏象是中医藏象理论的重要组成部分。肝与糖尿病的发生发展有着密切关系,肝血不足、血行不畅是糖尿病周围神经病变的主要病机,临床治疗可从肝入手选方用药,补肝活血法是糖尿病周围神经病变的有效治法。The liver＇s visceral manifestation theory is an important part of the Chinese medicine visceral manifestation theory. Liver is closely related to the development of diabetes mellitus. Liver-blood deficiency and blood stasis are the chief cause of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, so selecting and using the medicine to reinforce liver blood and invigorate the blood circulation is the main treatment.
