摘　　要：雷达组网系统中,通过对网内不同雷达的管理和控制(以下称管控)提升组网系统,对空中目标的跟踪能力具有重要意义。首先,介绍了雷达管控技术;然后,讨论了雷达目标分配问题,采用并行滤波结构的集中式融合和数学规划方法建立了雷达目标分配规划模型;最后,对该模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明该模型能有效解决雷达组网系统中的雷达目标分配问题。In the integrated radar network system, the management and control technology is ap- plied to different radars for improving the air target tracking capability. Firstly, the radar man- agement and control technology is presented. Then, the radar target assignment problems are discussed, the centralized fusion and mathematical planning techniques with the parallel filter structure are used for establishing the radar target assignment planning model. Finally, the simu- lation experiment is conducted. Simulation results show that the model can solve the problems of the radar target assignment.
