方和谦治疗肝郁脾虚证中药配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于无尺度网络模型分析方法,探讨国医大师方和谦教授治疗肝郁脾虚证的核心处方和加减用药配伍规律。方法采用结构化病历模板,将方教授诊治肝郁脾虚证病历录入数据库,用名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统对数据进行统计分析。结果方和谦教授治疗肝郁脾虚证的核心处方为党参、炒白术、茯苓、当归、香附、柴胡、炒白芍、炙甘草、苏梗、大枣、薄荷、生姜。加减应用频次较高的药物种类有补肾滋阴药、理气和胃药、清热散结药、滋养胃阴药。结论方和谦教授治疗肝郁脾虚证所对应的疾病范围广,其注重"保胃气",重用"滋培"大法。Objective To explore the core prescription and combination law of Chinese herbs used by Prefessor FANG He-qian,a TCM master,in treatment of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome based on analysis method of scale-free network model.Methods By structural template of medical records,cases of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome treated by Professor FANG were entered into a database,then which were statistical analyzed with information collection system of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM famous veteran doctors.Results The core prescription for syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency by Professor FANG He-qian included Codonopsis pilosula,roasted Atractylodes macrocephalae,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Cyperus rotundus,Bupleurum chinensie,roasted Paeoniae lactiflora,honey-fried Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Perllae frutescens,Ziziphus jujuba,Mentha haplocalyx and Zingiber officinale.The categories of Chinese herbs for adjusting application in high frequency were： kidney-tonifying and yin-nourishing medicine,qi-regulating and stomach-harmonizing medicine,heat-clearing and stasis-resolving medicine,and stomach yin-nourishing medicine.Conclusion The treatment of Professor FANG He-qian for liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome has wide application,which pays much attention to protecting stomach qi and nourishing-reinforcing methods.
