论英国的监狱管理及其启示

摘　　要：不同性质的国家,因其社会制度、历史条件、刑罚目的以及思想文化内容的差异,监狱管理显现不同特征。英国形成了较为完善、系统的监狱制度,其在对罪犯进行心理矫治、罪犯职业技术教育以及加强监狱管理人员培训等方面,具有丰富的成功经验,值得学习和借鉴。Due to the differences in social systems,historical conditions,penalty purposes,ideological and cultural contents,prison facilities and administrations tend to be different in various countries around the world.Britain is relatively progressive and systematic in their prison system.They have accumulated a wealth of successfulexperience in performing psychological rectification of offenders,conducting occupational and technical education among inmates,and strengthening the training of prison staff,which is worth learning and can be used for our reference.
