后经济危机时期我国经济发展方式初探——关于十八大报告中推进经济结构战略性调整的理解

摘　　要：十八大报告指出,推进经济结构战略性调整是我国加快转变经济发展方式的主攻方向,要把扩大内需作为战略基点,以此扩大国内市场规模。文章通过分析经济危机时期我国采取的经济政策及当前所面临的国际国内经济环境,阐释了我国经济持续发展所面临的问题,解读了我国调整经济结构、扩大内需、保障民生等政策背景,探究了相应的途径措施。According to the report delivered by President Hu Jintao to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （ CPC）, pushing forward strategic economic restructuring is to be prioritized in China＇ s bid to improve its socialist market economy and accelerate the transformation of economic development patterns. In order to expand the scale of its domestic market, China should attach great importance to stimulating its domestic demand. Based on an analysis of the economic policies adopted by the Chinese government during the period of economic crisis as well as an overview of the current economic environment China faces both at home and abroad, the paper first reviews major problems haunting the sustainable development of Chinese economy, then expounds the policy backgrounds concerning the adjustment of China＇ s economic structure, the expansion of its domestic demand, the guarantee of its people＇ s livelihood, and finally proposes corresponding measures to that end.
