集群视角下产业技术创新模式研究

摘　　要：产业技术创新是产业发展的关键动力,推动我国的产业优化升级;产业集群发展模式是我国产业发展的重要模式之一,因此,实现集群视角下产业技术创新模式成为目前亟待解决的问题,文章考察集群视角下产业技术创新模式,提出了产业集群视角下,通过集群内部企业的横向联合形成集群产业技术创新联盟、其与供应链上下游企业、政府部门、科研机构、高校和行业协会建成稳定的协作关系,构建一个联动创新的产业技术创新体系,实现集群视角下产业技术的动态创新和优化。Industrial technology innovation constitutes the key to both industrial development and industrial upgrading in China. The development mode of industrial clusters is one of the important modes of China＇ s industrial development, and therefore, exploring and implementing the innovation mode of industrial technology against the background of industrial cluster remains an urgent problem to be solved at present. This paper presents an analysis of the innovation mode of industrial technology from the perspective of industrial cluster. It is argued that a cooperation - based industrial technology innovation system can be established and that the dynamic innovation and optimization of industrial technology can be achieved by grouping companies in a cluster into a virtual industrial technology alliance through horizontal collaboration in which the relationship between the alliance on the one hand and relevant organizations of the supply chain on the other, such as other upstream and downstream enterprises, government institutions, scientific research agencies, universities, guilds and trade associations, etc. is well coordinated and stabilized.
