摘　　要：十八大报告中明确提出24个字的中国特色的社会主义核心价值观,用12个词简明扼要、简洁通俗地从国家、社会和个人三个层面提出要求,并兼顾国家、社会和公民个人三者的价值目标,把政治理想、社会导向、行为准则有效统一,层次鲜明且内涵丰富,充分体现出这一理论的延续性和现实针对性。The 18th National Congress of CPC explicitly defined socialist core values with Chinese characteristics in 24 characters. The 12 words express in a simple and concise way what is required of the country, the society and of individual citizens, giving consideration to the value target of all the three and effectively combining political ideals with social orientations and codes of conduct. Clear - cut in form and rich in content, the theory is an embodiment of continuity and pertinence.
