CD25抗体在HLA全相合同胞供者异基因造血干细胞移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨CD25单克隆抗体(巴利昔单抗)在HLA全相合同胞供者异基因造血干细胞移植中的应用价值。方法:对3例白血病患者进行HLA全相合同胞供者异基因外周血造血干细胞移植,应用巴利昔单抗预防aGVHD,增加了造血干细胞输入剂量,观察造血重建和aGVHD情况。结果:3例患者均顺利重建造血,红系恢复明显加快,无1例需要输血,无1例病人发生感染。3例均发生Ⅰ-Ⅱ度aGVHD,无严重aGVHD发生。结论:巴利昔单抗在HLA全相合同胞供者异基因造血干细胞移植中的应用是可行的,值得进一步加大病例数进行研究。Objective：To investigate the value of the application of CI）25 monoclonal antibody （basiliximab） in HLA - matched sibling donor allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods： Three leukemia patients underwent HLA - matched sibling donor allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with basiliximab for prophylaxis of acute GVHD, increasing the dose of stem cells inputing. The hematopoietic reconstruction and acute GVHD were observed. Results： 3 patients had hematopeietic reconstitution and the erythropoiesis reconstitution was speeding- up. No patients need RBC transfusion and no one had infection. There are three patients who developed after HSCT. No severe acute GVHD was observed. Conclusion： It is feasible to use basiliximab in HLA - matched sibling donor allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, but more cases should be observed for the efficiency.
