摘　　要：超抗原是一种功能非常活跃的蛋白质分子,能够刺激大量的T、B淋巴细胞活化,增强T、B淋巴细胞参与的免疫反应,从而增强机体的免疫力,因此超抗原的应用受到越来越多的关注,超抗原的免疫佐剂作用、提升细胞数量、尤其是超抗原疫苗的应用和抗肿瘤研究。本文主要综述了超抗原在应用方面的研究进展。Superantigen is a very active protein molecules. It can stimulate and activate a lot of T lymphocytes and B lym- phoeytes, and enhance the immune response that T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes involve in, so as to increase the body＇s immunity. So people pay more and more attention on the application of superantigens, they have the effect of immune adju- vant and can promote the number of cells, especially the application of superantigen vaccine and antitumor. This paper mainly summarized the advances in the application research of superantigens.
