摘　　要：介绍了单面透气保护带的试验和应用情况。电机绕组端部采用单面透气保护带,可有效解决绕组烘干过程中浸渍树脂的流失问题,提高了绝缘的整体性和绕组绝缘的机械强度、电气强度及防潮能力,使绕组端部间隙均匀,端部形状更加美观,同时利于通风散热。The test and application of single-side breathable protection tape were lntroauced, By using sin-gle-side breathable protective tape for motor winding end, the loss problem of impregnating resin in the drying process of the winding can be solved and the integrity, mechanical and electrical strength and moisture-proof ability of the winding insulation be improved, which makes the clearance and shape of the winding end more uniform and tidy and good for ventilation and heat dissipation.
