摘 要:分别对铜芯和铝芯交联聚乙烯制造针刺缺陷并高频高压加速老化,然后对老化后的电缆试样进行硅氧烷注入式修复,并对铜芯和铝芯电缆的缆芯进行了电镜扫描(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析,研究硅氧烷注入式修复技术的修复效果及其对缆芯导体的腐蚀性。结果表明:修复后的电缆的绝缘性能显著提高,其介质损耗角正切值(tanδ)与工频击穿电压均优于未修复老化电缆,且与新电缆基本相同。铝芯电缆的缆芯明显被腐蚀,而铜芯电缆不受影响。A needle defect was made in the copper core and aluminum core XLPE cables, and the ca-bles were accelerated aging under high frequency and high voltage. Then the aging cables were repaired by injecting siloxane, and the repair effects and corrosion of the siloxane on conductor were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that the insulation properties of the repaired cables are improved significantly. The tanδ and breakdown voltage of the repaired cables are better than that of the aged cables, which are almost equal to the new cables. The aluminum core of the repaired cables is badly corroded, while the copper core is unaffected.
