摘　　要：为了解杠板归的种质资源分布、生境特征、生物学特性、生长适宜区、资源蕴藏量、药材质量等状况,促进杠板归的野生资源得到合理的开发利用和相关产业的可持续发展,以贵州及广西、湖南、云南、四川等周边省(区)为重点,对苗药杠板归野生资源进行调查,观测杠板归生长特性、植株数量、群落类型及伴生植物等,对贵州不同产地、不同海拔、不同生境的杠板归药材进行质量对比分析,并结合杠板归资源分布、质量状况等对其种植适宜区进行分析研究。结果表明:杠板归在贵州及周边省区主要生长于海拔400～2 000m的农田、荒地、茶场、田边地埂等有一定人为活动的地方,其生态环境中的植被比较单一,对土壤的适应性较强。在阳光充足、土壤肥沃的地方杠板归长势较好,分支多而粗壮,往往成为优势种群,适宜种植于黔东北、黔北等区域。The wild resources, growth feature, plant quantity, community and associated plants of P. perfoliatum, in Guizhou, Guangxi, Hunan, Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces were investigated and the quality and resource distribution of P. perfoliatum, in different producing areas with different elevation and habitat in Guizhou was analyzed to study its germplasm resource distribution, habitat feature, biological characteristics, suitable growth area, potential resources and quality for improving its rational utilization and its relevant industrial sustainable development. The results showed that P. perfoliatum. was mainly distributed in farmland, wasteland, tea plantation, field edge and ridges with an elevation of 400-2 000 m and had the strong adaptability to different soil types. The growth vigor of P. perfoliaturn grown in the fertile soil is better, which can be the dominant population. P. perfoliatum should be suitably planted in northeast and northern Guizhou.
