摘 要:为弄清不同提取液提取蓝莓叶绿素的效果,采用研磨法,研究了不同提取液对蓝莓叶绿素提取量的影响。结果表明:乙醇∶丙酮(1∶1)的混合液提取叶绿素含量最高,达2.953mg/g,显著高于其他有机试剂;用80%的丙酮提取叶绿素含量最低,仅1.280mg/g。浸提18h,叶绿素含量基本达到最大值,之后叶绿素含量基本稳定。The effects of different extracting solution on the extraction amount of chlorophyll from blueberry was studied by grinding method to explore the extraction effects of various extracting solution. The results showed that the chlorophyll content extracted by mixed reagent of ethanol and acetone(1 : 1) was the highest, 2. 953 mg/g, significantly higher than other organic reagents. The chlorophyll content extracted by 80% aeetone was the lowest, only 1. 280 mg/g. The chlorophyll content basically reached the maximum after extracted for 18 hours, and then the chlorophyll content would keep stable.
