摘 要:目的研究具有不同连接筋的支架对椎动脉狭窄的力学作用,以期为支架的设计以及介入治疗提供更加科学的指导。方法采用Pro/Engineer建立3种不同连接筋的支架模型(根据连接筋形状分别称为L-支架、V-支架和S-支架)和带有狭窄的椎动脉模型;使用ABAQUS有限元分析程序,对模型施加相同的边界条件,模拟3种支架在相同椎动脉模型中的展开过程。结果相比L-支架和V-支架,具有较好柔顺性的S-支架引起的血管应力较小,造成血管抻直的程度较弱;且S-支架上的应力和轴向短缩均较小,从而使得支架对血管造成的损伤较小。结论 3种支架中S-支架具有较好的治疗效果,可降低支架内再狭窄发生的可能性,且具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To investigate the mechanical effect of stents with different links on the treatment of verte bral artery stenosis, and provide scientific guidelines for the design of stent structure and clinical procedure of stenting intervention. Methods Models of three kinds of stents with different types of links (namely, Lstent, V stent and Sstent according to the shape of links) and vertebral artery with stenosis were established by using Pro/Engineering, then the same boundary conditions were exerted on the three models to simulate the stent de ployed in the vertebral artery by finite element analysis using ABAQUS. Results Compared with Lstent and V stent, Sstent had a better compliance, generating smaller stress in the arterial wall, causing relatively weak vas cular straightening. Due to smaller stress and axial shortening generated in the stent strut, Sstent made less le sion on the arterial wall. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of Sstent is the best among the three kinds of stents, which could reduce instentrestenosis, and has good prospect in clinical application.
