摘 要:采用固相反应法合成了绿色钒酸盐荧光粉Ca5Mg4(VO4)6,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、X射线能量色散谱仪、Raman光谱仪和荧光分光光度计对荧光粉的相组成、形貌和发光性能进行表征。讨论了烧结温度和热处理温度对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明,经热处理制得单一相荧光粉Ca5Mg4(VO4)6,荧光粉颗粒呈短柱状,直径约为2μm,长度约为5μm。在近紫外激发下荧光粉的发射峰位于510nm处,最强激发峰为365nm。随着烧结温度的升高,荧光粉的发射光谱(PL)和激发光谱(PLE)强度增大,激发峰值位置有红移;随着热处理温度的升高,荧光粉的PL和PLE强度先增大后减小,激发峰值位置仍有明显红移。其中,在700℃烧结5h和900℃热处理8h所制得的荧光粉在365nm激发下发光强度最高。Green-emitting vanadate phosphor Ca5Mg4(VO4)6 was synthesized via a solid-state reaction route. The phase composition, morphology and photoluminescence properties of the synthesized phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning dectron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. The influences of firing temperature and heat-treatment on photoluminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated. The results indicate that single phase of Ca5Mg4(VO4)6 is obtained after heat treatment. The phosphor particles showed a short eylindroid with the length of about 5μm and the diameter of about 2 μm. All the phosphors had an intensive green emission peak at about 510nm under 365 nm excitation. The intensity of photoluminescence (PL) and photoluminescence excitation (PLE) increased, and the position of excitation peak exhibited a red-shift with the increase of the firing temperature. The intensity of PL and PLE firstly increased and then decreased, and the position of excitation peak howbeit appeared a red-shift with the increase of the heat treatment temperature. The phosphor fired at 700 ℃ for 5 h and subsequent heat-treated at 900 ℃ for 8 h had greatest emission intensity under 365 nm excitation.
