摘　　要：随着键合丝生产技术的发展及不断成熟,生产细节的控制成为提高产品质量的重要途径。本文结合母合金的制备和连续铸造工序说明了键合丝生产环节中应注意的重点和细节问题。With the development of bonding wire technology, the controling detail factors in processing become into the important way to improve the quality of the bonding wire products. The important and detail factors were discussed based on mother-alloy processing and continuous casting processing.
