摘 要:为了获得高性能的活塞头,采用了温挤生产方式。基于成形工艺过程的研究,设计了合理的边界条件,建立了热力耦合有限元模型。通过DEFORM-3D软件,进行了数值模拟。通过理论计算与模拟,确定了温挤生产设备与模具结构形式,探讨了温挤过程中应变场、应力场与温度场的分布情况,预测了成形过程中可能产生的问题,并提出了应对措施。To obtain the piston head of high-performance, the warm extrusion production mode was adopted. The reasonable boundary conditions were designed, and finite element model of thermal-mechanical coupling was established based on the research of forming process. And the numerical simulation was carded out by the DEFORM-3D software. Warm extrusion production equipment and die structure form were determined through the theoretical calculation and simulation.The distributions of warm extrusion process strain field, stress field and temperature field were discussed. The possible problems of forming process were forecasted, and the countermeasures were also put forward.
