摘  要:针对多层环状电容器的结构特点,分析了其闭式挤压模锻成形工艺。提出了4种工艺方案,并利用数值模拟软件对每种工艺方案进行了模拟分析。结果表明,控制腔设计在纵向圆筒的端部,采用正向或反向闭式挤压模锻方案均是可行的。接着,利用数值模拟软件分析了正向或反向挤压模锻成形时的最大等效应力、损伤因子和最大成形载荷。这保证了挤压件的质量,能为实际生产提供理论依据。Aiming at the structure characteristics of multilayer cyclic annular capacitor, its forming process of closed extrusion die forging was analyzed. And four kinds of schemes were proposed. Each process scheme was simulated with numerical simulation software. The results show that the control cavity should be designed at the end of the longitudinal cylinder,and the forward or reverse closed extrusion die forging schemes are feasible. And by using the numerical simulation software, the maximal effective stress, damage factor and maximal forming load of the forward or reverse closed extrusion die forging were analyzed. The quality of the extrusion forging was assured, which can provide a theoretical basis for actual production.
