摘 要:介绍了垂直液压弯管机加工冷弯管的原理、工艺过程,分析了加工工艺对冷弯管外观质量和力学性能的影响。分析认为,冷弯管加工工艺实质是若干单位步长内成形角度叠加的过程,合理控制弯管机各个部件以及单位步长内的成形角度,可以有效降低冷弯管椭圆度、褶皱、防腐层裂纹等缺欠的产生。力学实验表明,冷弯变形对钢管的抗拉强度影响较小,冷弯管纵向内弧侧的屈服强度降低,外弧侧的屈服强度升高;与未成形的管子比较,管体的低温韧性有一定的降低,韧脆转变温度有一定的升高。The principle and process of cold bending pipe by the vertical hydraulic cold bending machine were introduced. The influence of the processing technology on appearance quality and mechanical properties of cold bending pipe was analyzed. It is believed that the essence of cold bending technology is a superposition process of some forming angle within the unit step. Reasonably controlling the various components of cold bending machine and forming angle within the unit step, the imperfection such as ovality, wrinkle, flaw of coating can be effectively reduced. The mechanics experiments indicate that the cold bending deformation has less affected on tensile strength. The inside yield strength in longitudinal direction of the cold bending pipe reduce and the outside yield strength rise. Comparing with unformed pipe, the low temperature toughness of cold bending pipe is reduced and ductile brittle transition temperature is raised.
