摘 要:试验制备一种Fe(Ⅱ)-氧化多聚糖鞣剂,探讨其最佳鞣制工艺,测定成革物性、制革废水中总氮值(TKN)、化学耗氧量(COD)。结果表明:Fe(Ⅱ)-氧化多聚糖鞣剂在最佳条件pH值3.5~4.0,鞣制温度20~25℃,鞣剂用量2%(以FeO计),鞣制时间大于2h时,鞣革的Ts可≥90℃。与Fe(Ⅲ)和BCS鞣制体系比较,该Fe(Ⅱ)鞣制体系的TKN较低,COD较高成为该鞣制的特征。与Fe(Ⅲ)鞣制体系相比,Ts有所提高,成革无铁腥味,成革粒面良好。Fe( Ⅱ ) - oxidation polysaccharide tanning agent was prepared and optimizing condition of tanning process was re- searched. The physical property of leather samples, total nitrogen value (TKN) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of wastewater were determined. Results show the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of Fe ( Ⅱ ) - oxidation polysaccharide tanned leather can reach 90%; at least with following optimal tanning conditions:pH value is 3.5 ~4. 0, tanning agent dosage is about 2% (as FeO), tanning temperature is 20 ~25℃ and tanning time is more than 2h, and the Fe( Ⅱ ) tanning process has lower TKN and higher COD value than those of Fe( Ⅲ ), BCS tanning systems. Compared with the single Fe( Ⅲ ) tanning, the Fe( Ⅱ ) - oxida- tion polysaccharide tanned leather improves Ts, removes irontaste and has a fine grain as well.
