麻风患者治愈后外周血Th17及Treg细胞的检测

摘　　要：目的检测麻风病患者治愈后Th17和调节性T细胞(Treg)的水平。方法采用流式细胞仪检测26例治愈麻风患者及56例正常体检者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞及Th17细胞的百分比。结果正常对照组外周血的Treg为(9.998±1.7062)%,麻风病患者治愈后15～30年、31～45年及46年以上的Treg分别为:(33.829±5.0032)%,(38.038±6.6960)%及(42.427±4.8845)%;正常对照组外周血的Th17细胞为(11.41±3.78)%,麻风病患者治愈后15～30年、31～45年及46年以上的Th17分别为:(43.900±6.7161)%,(38.300±3.8337)%及(37.445±5.0484)%。结论麻风病患者治愈后机体的免疫功能有一定程度恢复,但尚未完全恢复正常,这可能与Treg和Th17细胞的共同作用有关。Objective To detect the level of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ Foxp3＋ regulation T and Thl7 cells in cured leprosy patients. Methods We use the flow cytometry to test the regulation T（Treg） and Thl7 cells in 26 cured leprosy patients and 56 normal persons. Results The percentage of regulation T cells（Tregs） in normal persons was （9. 998± 1. 706 2）%, and that in groups which had been cured for 15 -30 years,31- 45 years and more than 46 years were （33. 829 ± 5. 003 2） %, （38. 038 ± 6. 696 0） % and （42. 427 ± 4. 884 5 ） % ; The percentage of Thl7 cells in normal persons was （ 11.41 ± 3.78 ） % ,and that in groups which had been cured for 15 -30 years,31 -45 years and more than 46 years were （43.900 ±6.716 1）% ,（38. 300 ±3. 833 7）% and（37. 445 ± 5. 048 4）%. Conclusion Although the＇leprosy patients had been cured, their immune function has recover in some aspect, but has not been abnormal, this may related to Tregs and Thl7 cells.
