皮肤播散型孢子丝菌病1例

摘　　要：患者男,47岁。40d前左侧大腿部出现黄豆大小的结节,之后皮损不断增多,面部、躯干及四肢均出现散在的大小不等的结节,共计30余处;部分结节破溃,中央形成溃疡,有黄色脓液渗出;部分形成结痂。经组织病理HE染色、PAS染色及真菌培养,诊断为皮肤播散型孢子丝菌病。A 47-year-old male suffered a bean-size nodules on his left thigh 40 days ago. Then nodules of different sizes came out on his face, trunk and limbs gradually. The number was about 30 in total. Some of the nodules were uleerated,yellowish-white liquid diseharged at interval. Some of them were crusted. The patient was di- agnosed as cutaneous disseminated sporotrichosis by histopathological examination （ HE and PAS staining） findings and positive fungal culture.
