可变性红斑角化病1例

摘　　要：患者男,2岁4个月,全身红斑伴皮肤干燥2年余。系统检查无异常。皮肤科情况:面部、躯干、四肢可见界限清楚的对称性红色斑片,表面干燥,皮肤变硬、粗糙,部分皮损上覆有鳞屑,不易剥离,掌跖角化过度。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层肥厚,真皮轻度水肿伴炎细胞浸润。诊断:可变性红斑角化病。A 28-month-old boy presented with generalized erythema and asteatosis cutis for 2 years. Physical examination showed well-defined symmetrieal erythema with dry and rough skin on his face, trunk and limbs. We also found pahnoplantar keratoderma and tiny scales not easy to strip. Biopsy revealed hyperkeratosis with mild parakeralosis and acanthosis. Mild edema with inflammatory cell infihration was found in dermis. A diagnosis of erythrokeratoderma variabilis was made.
