摘  要:目的确定绳索拉紧式和充气式2套不同类型抗荷服提高下体负压耐力的有效压力制度。方法22名健康志愿者,随机平均分为2组,分别穿着绳索拉紧式和充气式抗荷服测定各自选定的高、低2种压力制度时的下体负压耐力,同时观察血压、心率、心脏泵血功能及自主神经功能的变化。绳索拉紧式抗荷服选定20~30 mmHg和30~40 mmHg两种压力制度,充气式抗荷服选定30~40 mmHg和40~50mmHg两种压力制度。结果穿着绳索拉紧式抗荷服时高、低2种压力制度下志愿者下体负压耐受时间和累计应激指数较对照组均显著增加(P<0.01),平均动脉压和每搏量呈升高趋势,心率呈降低趋势,但均未达到显著水平。穿着充气式抗荷服时高、低2种压力制度下志愿者下体负压耐受时间和累计应激指数较对照组均显著增加(P<0.01),平均动脉压和每搏量呈升高趋势,心率在高压力制度组呈降低趋势。结论两种抗荷服在各自的高、低压力制度下均可显著提高下体负压耐力,改善心血管功能,且高压力制度效果更明显。Objective To evaluate the effective pressures of two anti-G suits (lacing antigravity suit and inflatable antigravity suit) which aim to improve lower body negative pressure (LBNP)tolerance. Methods Twenty-two healthy subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups with 11 subjects in each group, then wore two anti- G suits respectively at high and low level of pressure. LBNP tolerance was evaluated at 2 pressure levels of 2 kinds of anti-G suits. Parameters of basic physiology, cardiac pumping function and autonomic regulation were examined as well. The pressure of lacing anti-G suit was set at 20 - 30 mmHg and 30 - 40 mmHg, 30 - 40 mmHg and 40 - 50 mmHg of inflatable anti-G suit. Results As compared with those of control group, with lacing anti-G suit under 2 pressure standards, the duration of negative pressure and cumulative stress index increased (P 〈 0.01 ) ; mean arterial pressure (MAP) and stroke volume (SV) tend to increase and heart rate (HR) tend to decline, while no significant change was observed. The effect of LBNP tolerance increasing was also observed in inflatable anti-G suit (P 〈0.01 ). During LBNP exposure, MAP and SV increased while HR at 40 - 50 mmHg declined as compared with those in control. Conclusion Two kinds of anti-G suits could increase LBNP tolerance at high and low levels of pressure respectively and improve cardiovascular function. At high level of pressure, the effect is more significant.
