摘  要:对全国不同地区的22个大麦主栽品种在苗期进行正常供氮和胁迫供氮2种供氮水平下的溶液培养试验,将得到的苗期性状的平均值进行比较、分析和聚类。结果表明:不同供氮水平间,茎叶干重、植株干重、株高、根长、分蘖数和氮素利用指数等性状差异极显著,不同品种间的所有统计性状差异极显著;胁迫供氮水平下植株的相对茎叶干重、相对植株干重、相对分蘖数的变异系数较大,可作为聚类分析的标准。利用软件SPSS17.0对这些品种进行系统聚类,将其分为三大类及若干亚类。The hydroponics of 22 major barley varieties from different regions of China was carried out at their seedling stage under nitrogen stress and normal nitrogen supply conditions, and the comparative analysis and cluster analysis of the seedling characters ' averages were made. The results showed that the dry shoot weight, dry plant weight ,plant height, root length, tiller number and nitro- gen use index were very significantly different between various nitrogen supply levels and between dif- ferent varieties. The variation coefficients of the relative dry shoot weight, relative dry plant weight and relative tiller number were comparatively large under the nitrogen stress conditions and could be used as a standard of cluster analysis. The cluster analysis by using the software SPSS 17.0 indicated that those varieties could be divided into three groups and several subgroups.
