运动平板负荷试验与冠状动脉造影诊断隐性心肌缺血临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的评价运动平板负荷试验(TET)对隐性心肌缺血(SMI)检出的诊断价值。方法对无心绞痛史但有心电图ST-T改变的200例患者进行TET检查后2周内行冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,以后者作为判定标准,计算TET对诊断SMI的敏感性、特异性、准确性指数值。结果 TET检出SMI的敏感性为72.1%,特异性为78.8%,准确性为75.5%。结论 TET能较准确地评价SMI的缺血情况,是目前理想的非创伤性检查手段之一。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise testing （TET） in detecting silent myocardial ischemia （SMI）. Methods A total of 200 patients, with no history of angina but ST-T changes, were detected by TET and CAG. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SMI , di- agnosed by TET, were calculated. Results SMI identified TET with a sensitivity of 72.1%, specificity of 78.8% and accuracy of 75.5%. Conclusion TET could evaluate the SMI accurately, and it was one of the ideal means of non-invasive examination.
