摘  要:结合南水北调睢宁二站工程,探讨普通模板与透水模板两种不同浇筑养护条件下水工混凝土成型性能差别。现场应用结果显示:采用透水模板成型的混凝土表面致密光滑,回弹强度显著提高;室内碳化及冲磨试验表明,透水模板工艺对提高水工混凝土耐久性有效。Based on Suining Second Pumping Station of Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the different qualities of hydraulic concrete with two formwork techniques are tested, including moulds pasted with and without controlled permeability framework liner ( CPFE ) . The results after field application show that surface of concrete is dense and smooth, rebound strength increased greatly; accordingly, the carbonation and abrasion indoor tests also show that using CPFL is an effective measure to strengthen the durability of concrete.
