摘  要:结合观音岩水电站水工混凝土成型高质量需求,试验研究了模板斜拉筋孔采用不同形式封堵材料成型混凝土面螺栓孔眼表面质量,并就重复使用效果进行了比较。试验和应用结果表明:小型尼龙垫块成形孔眼较浅,增加后期凿毛处理难度,且材料成本较高且易破损,不便重复使用;自制金属锥套因混凝土振捣时无法紧贴模板而易被埋人混凝土无法取出;使用金属套筒配合橡胶口塞,螺栓孔眼处漏浆起砂少,可重复使用,且螺栓头规整留于混凝土面螺栓孔眼中,省去割除拉筋头工序,便于后期孔眼封填和提高表面观感效果。Considering the high demand for surface qualities of hydraulic concrete in Guanyinyan hydropower station, the surface qualities of concrete in diagonal bolts with different plugging materials and rubber seal plugging sleeve inside as well as reusability are studied. The results show that the formed pits are so shallow that the difficulties in the next work of roughen have been increased after using nylon module, and the material with relatively high price can be easily damaged without reusability .The whole of homemade metal taper sleeve is embedded in concrete because it cannot be pressed tightly against formwork during vibration. Using reusable rubber seal plugging sleeve inside, the concrete surface has become clean without obviously slurry leakage and dusting, furthermore, the process of gas cutting bolt can be saved so that the bolt hole can be rather easily filled with concrete due to keeping bolt head in the hole.
