摘  要:通过对多孔种植混凝土孔隙土壤pH值的测定,研究了酸碱中和法、掺合料消碱法、表面处理法等降碱措施对土壤pH值的影响。结果显示,硫酸亚铁和硅灰的掺人均能降低土壤pH值,pH值可降低0.5个单位。硫酸亚铁和硅灰在多孔混凝土中的最佳掺量分别为,4%和5%;永凝剂DPS的喷洒可有效降低孔隙种植土碱度,pH值降低1-2个单位,且多孔混凝土的强度有小幅提升。经试验确定最佳的碱度改造方法为:在多孔混凝土的配合比中掺入5%的硅灰吸碱,搅拌过程中掺人4%的FeSO——4消碱,在混凝土成型后喷洒两次永凝液阻碱。此降碱方法可使土壤pH值保持在8~8.5之间。The pH value of pore' s soil of porous concrete are measured and the influences of neutralizing reagent, admixture, surface treatments on pH value of soil are investigated. The results show that with the addition of the FeSO4 and silica fume, the pH value are gradually decreasing, the pH can be decreased 0.5. Optimal additive amount of FeSO4 and silica fume in porous concrete is 4% and 5% respectively. The pH value of pore' s soil can be significantly reduced by spraying DPS and pH can be decreased 1-2 and compressive strength of porous concrete are rise slightly. The optimum method of alkaline .improvement are determined through experiments : adding 5% silica fume in the concrete mix proportion to imbibe alkalinity, adding 4% FeSO4 to reduce alkalinity during the churning process and spraying DPS after forming to prevent alkalinity. This method of alkaline improvement can make the pH of soil keep in aUowable scope.
