摘　　要：针对目前市场上预拌混凝土企业与施工单位在混凝土交货及使用过程中出现的一系列普遍性的问题，怎样去减少、避免这些问题的发生，是本文讨论的出发点，因此本文讨论的重点是界定双方在混凝土交货前后的质量管理及质量责任。According to a series of universal problems occurred in the delivery and using process of concrete between ready-mix concrete enterprises and construction units in the present market, how to reduce and avoid such problems is the starting point of this paper, therefore, the key point of this paper is defining the quality management and quality responsibility of both sides before and after the concrete delivery.
