摘　　要：阐述了Outlast粘胶纤维的调温机理,重点探讨了利用正交实验方法对不同混纺比的棉/涤纶/Outlast粘胶纤维进行纺纱工艺优选,介绍了在混纺纱制备过程中各工序的生产工艺及其技术要点,最后通过对混纺纱强力、条干均匀性测试,明确了其最佳混纺组合和生产工艺。This paper introduces the thermoregulation mechanism of Outlast Viscose fiber with the focus on discussing the optimization of spinning technology of cotton/polyester/Outlast Viscose fiber of different blended ratio by use of orthogonal method. It expounds the production processes and the technical key points in each process of the preparation of the yarn. The optimized blended combination and production process are finally determined through the test of blended yarn＇ s strength and eveness.
