摘　　要：为改善瓶片纺长丝的物理机械性能、沸水收缩率和色泽,优化了纺丝工艺参数,以蓝白高温料瓶片为原料,在生产过程中对干燥温度、纺丝温度、组件压力、冷却条件和纺丝速度等参数进行了适当调整,得到最优工艺设计为:干燥温度165℃,干燥时间300 min;纺丝温度285℃,各区温度设置分别为270℃、280℃、284℃、285℃、285℃、285℃;喷丝板孔径0.28 mm,过滤网目数250目;侧吹风风速0.48 m/min;纺丝速度3 000 m/min;上油率0.5%,环境温度保持在20℃,相对湿度65%。To improve its mechanical properties, boil water shrinkage and colour shade of the filament yarn, blue and white high temperature plastic bottles were taken as raw material and the spinning parameters as the dry temperature, spinning temperature, spinneret pressure, cooling conditions and spinning speed are all optimized to be 165℃ for dry temperature, 300rains for dry duration, 285℃ for spinning temperature with each suction temperature being 270℃, 280℃, 284℃, 285℃, 285℃, 285℃; spinneret diameter being 0.28mm, filtering mesh being 250 meshes, side blowing speed being 0.48m/min, spinning speed being 3000m/min, oiling rate being 0.5%, workshop temperature keeping 20℃ and relative humidity keeping 65%.
