摘  要:利用Φ500 mm热轧试验机和冷却系统,研究了C-Mn钢轧后开冷温度、终冷温度对钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,提高轧后开冷温度可以细化铁素体和珠光体晶粒,提高屈服强度和韧塑性;降低终冷温度也可以细化晶粒,同时改变珠光体形貌,使珠光体含量增加,屈服强度、抗拉强度和低温韧性均得到改善。The effect of cooling start temperature for and final cooling temperature on microstructures and properties of C-Mn steel after rolling is studied by the Φ500 mm hot rolling testing machine and its cooling system.It is found that the grain sizes of ferrite and pearlite can be refined by increasing the cooling start temperature after rolling and thus the yield strength and plasticity and ductility of C-Mn steel can be improved.Meanwhile the grain sizes can also be refined and the morphology of pearlite can be changed by decreasing the final cooling temperature so that the pearlite volume fraction is increased and as a result the yield strength,tensile strength and low-temperature toughness of the C-Mn steel are improved.
