摘  要:为了提高复合喷吹脱硫镁粉利用率,分析了鞍钢鲅鱼圈脱硫工艺各种因素对镁粉利用率的影响,指出喷枪距罐底深度在350 mm,铁水温度为1 310~1 340℃,镁颗粒直径在0.5~1.0 mm范围时,镁粉利用率最高。This paper discusses the effect of various factors on the utilization of Mg powder in terms of desulphurization process by Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.in order to improve the utilization of Mg powder in desulphurization by CaO-Mg co-injection.It is proposed that the utilization of Mg powder is up to maximum when the lance away from the bottom of tank is 350 mm,the temperature of hot metal is between 1 310~1 340 ℃ and the particle diameter of Mg powder is between 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm.
