摘　　要：哲学、生态学、经济学、法学等不同学科的交叉融合、能动互通、耦合联动,共同构筑起中国循环经济法的理论基础。其中,中国哲学中的"天人合一"思想、生态系统整体性及生态规律、"社会—经济—自然"复合生态系统理论以及法律生态化趋势对中国循环经济法的影响尤为突出。The crossover of subjects like philosophy, ecology, economics and law, together with active communication, coupling linkage among them, builds up China＇s circulation economic theory basis. Among them, the China philosophy of ＂nature and humanity＂ ideology, ecological system integrity and ecological law, ＂social, economy and natural＂ complex ecosystem theory and legal ecological trends have prominent influence on China＇s circulatio.
