摘　　要：文章试图做两方面的工作:一是在对哥德尔所构造的自指性命题与说谎者悖论的差异进行分析的基础上探究说谎者悖论形成的重要特征;二是试论证马克思的辩证方法对于悖论消解及揭示概念的辩证本性方面具有的重要意义。This paper attempts to do two things： On the one hand, based on the analysis of the difference between Godel＇s self-referential proposition and the Liar Paradox,this paper tries to explore the important features of the formation of the Liar Paradox on the other hand,it attempts to prove that Marx＇s dialectical method plays an important role in solving the paradox and revea- ling the dialectical nature of conception.
