摘　　要：气压机组是催化裂化装置的关键设备,机组平稳运转直接关系到催化裂化装置的长周期运行。文中分析了某重油催化裂化装置蒸汽轮机结垢的原因,阐述了饱和湿蒸汽在线清洗法、缓蚀阻垢剂法、化学冲洗和手工清除法在汽轮机除垢中的应用。The gas compressor is the key equipment in Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit , and the stable operation of this compressor directly concerns long-period operation of this unit. This paper analyzed the causes for scaling of the steam turbine of a FCCU , expounded the application of saturated wet steam online cleaning , corrosion and scale inhibitor , chemical flushing and manual cleaning-up methods in descaling of steam turbine.
