摘　　要：化肥厂液氨储罐的检修多年来存在安全环保隐患,文中结合液氨储罐的实际工况,设计了检修施工方案,即将储罐底部未能抽出的残余液氨进行转移储存,并首次提出残留物水泡的处理方案,实现了液氨储罐的安全环保检修。Latent hazard on safety and environmental protection has existed since many years in overhaul of the liquid ammonia storage tanks of the Chemical Plant. Based on the actual operating mode of the liquid ammonia storage tanks , construction plan for overhaul is designed in this paper , i.e. , the residual liquid ammonia not extracted from the tank bottom is transferred and stored in other place , so the safe and environmental protecting overhaul of liquid ammonia storage tank have been realized.
