摘　　要：针对成品油二次配送特点,采用模糊商空间理论和多粒度聚类技术实现配送区域动态优化;采用多维度优先服务算法实现配送车辆路径优化调度;利用RFID射频识别、GPS、GIS和GPRS等先进信息技术实现配送车辆、油库、加油站信息的实时交换和传输及配送网络资源实时监控和动态调度;构建了成品油二次配送过程物联网体系。Based on the characteristic of product oil ’ s secondary distribution , fuzzy quotient space theory and multi-granularity technology are used to realize dynamic optimization of distribution regions ; multidimensional priority service algorithm is used to realize optimized scheduling of distribution vehicles ; advanced information technologies such as RFID radio frequency identification , GPS , GIS and GPRS are used to realize real-time exchange of vehicles , oil depots and gas stations and real-time monitoring and dynamic scheduling of transmission and distribution network resources ; overall-process internet-of-things system for product oil ’ s secondary distribution is constructed.
