摘　　要：纤维含油率分析是应用已知含油率的进口标准纤维做出工作曲线,腈纶油剂国产化后,由于已知含油率的标准纤维难以制备,标准曲线的制作困难。文中阐述了应用油剂原料直接配制标准溶液制作工作曲线,来计算纤维含油率,该方法简单准确,可以满足分析要求。Analysis of oil content in fiber is to use imported fiber of known oil content to make working curve. After fiber oiling agent for fiber domestically produced , drawing of standard curve is difficult , because it ’ s difficult to prepare standard fiber of known oil content. This paper expounded application of oiling agent raw material in direct preparation of standard solution to make working curve , and so to calculate oil content in fiber. This method is simple and accurate , and can meet analyzing requirement.
