摘　　要：黄天鹏是民国时期著名新闻学者和报刊活动家,在中国新闻史上具有独特地位和影响。但是由于意识形态以及其他一些政治因素的影响,黄天鹏的新闻思想和实践活动并没有得到应有的关注和研究。开展黄天鹏研究,对于中国新闻学术研究和发展具有重要意义。Huang Tianpeng is a famous journalism scholar and newspapers activist of the Republic of China, who has a unique status and influence in the history of Chinese journalism. Due to the impact of ideology as well as some other political factors, Huang Tianpeng＇ s news ideas and practical activities did not get the attention and research they deserved. It is very significant to carry out the research about Huang Tianpeng for Chinese academic research and development of Journalism.
