国外推进军民融合武器装备科研生产体系建设的做法及启示

摘　　要：针对我国加快转变战斗力生成模式、构建军民融合武器科研生产体系的现实需求,深入研究了世界发达国家构建军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系的基本情况和主要做法,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出了促进我国军民融合、寓军于民武器装备科研生产体系建设的启示和建议。In order to meet the demand of our country to accelerate the transformation of fighting power＇s generation mode and build civil-military integration equipment research and production system, this paper studies the developed country＇s practice in building civil-military integration equipment research and production system. Based on learning from the foreign experience, the paper gives some suggestions on promoting our country to build civil-military integration equipment research and production system.
