摘　　要：本文主要通过文献资料法,专家访谈法等对有关体育生态学方面进行研究,得出要实现人与自然的和谐发展,就必须在尊重自然的基础上,变革不合理的社会制度,改善人与人之间的社会关系,并充分合理地利用科学技术,走可持续发展之路,使自然界能为人类社会的长远发展提供持久的经济利益和环境利益。在体育与自然环境这个小社会里,怎样维持这个动态平衡,达到环境与运动的共同可持续发展,具有重要的意义。This paper mainly through the literature material method, expert interview method, ere to the related Sports ecology research, it is concluded that to achieve the harmonious development of human and nature, we must respect the natural basis, change the unreasonable social system, improve the social relations between people, and fully and reasonably make use of science and technology, step on the path of sustainable developfilent, make the nature for the long--term development of the human society provide lasting economic benefits and environmental benefits. In sports and natural environment this small society, how to maintain the dynamic balance,achieve environment and movement of the common sustainable development, has the vital significance.
