摘 要:分别研究了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MA)对尼龙66(PA66)和20wt%纳米碳酸钙/尼龙66(nano-CaCO3/PA66)复合材料力学性能和熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)﹑差示扫描式量热法(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)等观察和表征了复合材料的形貌和结构。研究表明,POE或POE-g-MA可改善PA66熔体的加工性能,提高PA66的结晶温度。与非相容性POE/PA66和20wt%纳米CaCO3/POE/PA66共混体系相比较,POE-g-MA能明显地细微分散在PA66和20wt%CaCO3/PA66复合材料中,促进界面结合,通过有效应力传递赋予复合材料较高的冲击韧性,使拉伸强度的降低程度减弱。The effects of ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) and ethylene-octene copolymer-grafted-maleic anhydride (POE-g-MA) on mechanical properties and melt flow rate (MFR) of Nylon 66 (PA66) and 20 wt% nano-CaCOJPA66 composites were investigated. In addition, the morphology and structures of composites were analyzed by means of SEM, DSC and XRD. The results demonstrate that the addition of POE and POE-g-MA can improve the melt processability of PA66 composites, and increases the crystallization temperatures of PA66. Compared with incompatibilized POE/PA66 and 20 wt%nano-CaCO3/POE/PA66 blends, adding POE-g-MA to PA66 and 20 wt%nano-CaCOJPA66 composites resultes in a finer dispersion of the POE-g-MA finely dis- persed in the composites and significantly promotes its interfacial adhesion, so the composite have higher impact strength and lower the decreasing rate of tensile strength through the effective stress transfer.
