摘　　要：目的了解某医院消毒工作质量状况,为控制医院内感染的发生及监督部门监管提供依据。方法依据《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》,对2006年—2010年某医院消毒效果监测结果进行分析。结果共采样4 540份,合格4 356份,合格率为95.95%,消毒合格率2006年—2008年呈上升趋势,而从2009年开始下降;其中医务人员手卫生最低为92.14%,2008年(100%)与2010年(77.42%)手卫生的合格率比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论医院应加强对消毒工作的管理,特别是医务人员手的消毒;监督部门应进一步加大对医院消毒管理工作的监督力度。Objective To investigate the quality of hospital disinfection status, in order to control the nosocomial infection and provide the basis for supervise departments. Method According to technical standard for disinfection, Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospital, from 2006 to 2010 monitoring of disinfection efficacy in a hospital were analyzed.Results A total of 4540 cases,4356 were qualified,the pass rate was 95.95%, the disinfection qualified rate showed ascendant state from 2006, and it began to decline from 2009, especially the qualified rate of medical personnel hand was so low at 92.14% in 2006, which was 100% in 2008 and 77.42% in 2010.There was significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusions A hospital should enhance the disinfection management, especially the medical personnel hand disinfection; supervision departments should further increase of hospital disinfection administration supervision.
