摘  要:目的:探究素质拓展训练对大学新生社会支持领悟的影响及其效果的持续性。方法:选取温州医学院213名大一新生,并随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组104名,对照组109名,实验组进行素质拓展训练,对照组不进行素质拓展训练,采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行前测、后测及追踪调查。结果:1.素质拓展训练能改善大学新生的社会支持领悟能力。2.素质拓展训练对大学新生社会支持领悟能力的改善无持续效果。结论:高校可以通过大范围开展素质拓展训练以提高学生对获得的社会支持的信念,进而缓冲焦虑抑郁情绪,提高主观幸福感。This study endeavored to survey the effect and sustainability of outward bound training on freshmen’s per-ception of social support. 213 Wenzhou Medical College freshman participated in this experiment, and they were randomly di-vided into two groups: the experimental group consisting of 104 people and the control group 109 people. The former received quality-extended training, while the latter not. Instruments included Perceived Social Support Scale ( PSSS ) and Social Sup-port Rating Scale ( SSRS ). Results revealved that outward bound training could help university students better understand so-cial support, but its effect did not last long. A conclusion was drawn that universities shall implement large-scale qualification-extended exercises to enhance their students’ belief in getting social support so that their negative feelings such as anxiety and inhibition could be relieved, while their sense of happiness could be strengthened.
