摘　　要：在目前国际国内产业结构调整和区域性转移重大机遇来临之际,中原经济区急需通过承接产业转移加快崛起。中原经济区在承接产业转移过程中既要发挥现有基础和优势,保持目前的良好态势,但同时也要积极关注并解决目前产业转移承接中存在的问题。为更好推进该区域快速发展,应进一步改善产业发展环境,提高产业配套能力,强化承接产业转移的载体功能,以提升产业转移承接水平和能力。With the transfer of industry and regional industrial structure adjustment currently, it is urgent for the Central Plains Economic Zone to undertake industrial transfer to quicken its rise abruptly. The Central Plains Economic Zone should play the existing basis and advantage, maintain the good situation. And at the same time it should pay more attention to solve the problems existing in the period of industrial transfer. In order to improve the quick development of this region, it should further promote industrial development environment, improve the industrial supporting ability, strengthen undertake industrial transfer function of the carrier and upgrade of industrial transfer to undertake level and ability.
