摘  要:性味理论是认识中药与指导临床用药组方的重要理论。药物功用与毒性皆与性味密切相关,而不同的性味配伍之间又存在着各种相制关系。文章提出中药性味相制配伍减毒的思路,分析毒性与性味的相关性,阐释性味相制减毒的配伍形式及方法,探讨中药复方中性味相制配伍的减毒效应。The nature and flavor theory is very important for understanding the traditional Chinese medicine and for guiding to make a clinical medicine prescription. Function and toxicity of drugs are closely related to their nature and flavor, and a variety of mutual restraint relationships exist between the compatibility of different nature and flavor. In this paper, it is posed that the compatibility based on the mutual restraint relations of the nature and flavor of Chinese medicine could attenuate medicine toxicity. By analysising the relationships between the toxicity and the nature and flavor of drugs, and interpretiving the form and method of drugs toxicity attenuation due to the mutual restraint relations of different nature and flavor, essentials for achieving the toxicity attenuated effect with the compatibility based on the mutual restraint relations of the nature and flavor of Chinese medicine is explored.
